BioThane® is a strong polyester webbing with a smooth, waterproof coating. It has a soft, supple feel similar to leather, but unlike leather or textile webbing, it does not absorb water, mud or odours. This makes it exceptionally durable, comfortable to wear and easy to wipe clean - ideal for customers looking for a collar that can handle everyday walks in every season.
Each collar is handcrafted in our Northamptonshire workshop using genuine BioThane® webbing, giving your customers a practical, long-lasting alternative to traditional fabric and leather collars.

Each BioThane® colour in the Urban Collection has been matched with the hardware finish we feel best complements it. If your customers would prefer the same collar colour with a different hardware finish, this can be ordered through our Design Your Own collection.
The Urban Collection is perfect for everyday adventures, including rainy walks, muddy puddles and fresh-water fun. For coastal retailers or customers who regularly walk and swim by the sea, we recommend our Everlast Collection, featuring corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel and Solid Brass hardware.
