What is BioThane®?
BioThane® is a high-performance, vegan alternative to leather. It’s a PVC-coated webbing developed for durability, making it stronger than standard nylon webbing and leather and far easier to maintain. Unlike traditional materials, it doesn’t absorb water, pick up smells, or requires conditioning. It's also smooth to the touch, flexible, and extremely long-lasting — perfect for active dogs and busy owners.

• Collars available in sizes XS to XL

• Leads measure 120cm (4ft) with a fixed D-ring in the handle

• All leads come with durable, colour-coated zinc trigger clasps

• Hardware is matched to collar size:

  • XS–S → 67mm clasp (166kg load)

  • M–XL → 79mm clasp (200kg load)

Notes for Retailers:
We use high-quality zinc-coated hardware that’s durable for daily use. However, for dogs frequently in seawater, we recommend our Everlast Collection, featuring marine-grade brass or stainless steel hardware for ultimate longevity.
